Privacy Policy

When you fill in a form on this website, we collect what you give us:

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address, if you add it
• Your training goal and preferred training time, if asked
• Any message you write
• Whether you agreed to be contacted, and whether you asked to receive updates

With each form we also record how you reached us:

• The page you sent the form from
• The website that referred you, if any
• Campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM source, medium and campaign)

We also receive your IP address when you send a form. For our spam protection, we store only a scrambled (hashed) version of it, not the address itself.

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange your free assessment
• To tell you about founding memberships and opening, if you asked for updates
• To protect our forms from spam and abuse
• To measure and improve our advertising

We rely on your consent, on the steps needed to respond to your request, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and understanding how our ads perform. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Each form you send is emailed to the Element Fitness team and saved in a private file on our web hosting, which is not publicly accessible. We share it only with the service providers who run these systems:

• Namecheap, which hosts this website and the private file
• Titan, which provides our business email
• Meta, for advertising measurement (see below)

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. We do not sell your personal data.

We advertise on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. To measure those ads, this website uses the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta when a page is viewed and when a form is sent. Meta may set cookies and receive your IP address and browser details when this happens.

When you send a form, our server also reports that event to Meta through its Conversions API. It includes your phone number, email address and name in scrambled (hashed) form, plus your IP address, browser details and Meta’s browser cookies. Meta can use this to match the event to a Meta account.

You can control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Meta’s use of data is covered by its own privacy policy.

• Meta cookies, used for ad measurement as described above
• Google Maps, which may set its own cookies where our map is shown
• A small note in your browser remembering whether you closed or completed our sign-up popup
• A note kept for your visit remembering the campaign link you arrived from

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. The website still works, though some features, such as the map, may not.

We keep enquiries for [PLACEHOLDER: retention period], or until you ask us to delete them, unless we need to keep them longer by law. If you become a member, your membership records are handled separately.

UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, gives you rights over your personal data. Subject to that law, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy
• Correct data that is wrong
• Delete your data
• Limit or stop how we use it
• Stop sending you marketing, at any time

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict access to submitted information and keep it out of public reach. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive details such as medical information through our forms.

This website is not aimed at children. Please do not send us a form if you are under 18. Ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead.

We will update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top when we do.
